TYPES OF ACCOUNTS
No Voucher Ride (NVNR) Account: Cruise Control strongly suggests this type of an account to avoid instances where an individual obtains your account number and fraudulently charges your account for a Cruise Control ride. This type of account prohibits use by anyone not in possession of a pre-printed voucher for your account. Cruise Control will imprint your account number on vouchers and deliver them directly to your office at no cost to you. Then you will be able to have complete control of issuance and total responsibility for the security of these vouchers.
Credit Card Account: A corporate credit card will kept on file and only a signature will be required at the end of the fare. It will then be immediately charged to the credit card on file. Passenger will be asked to verify the last 5 digits of the credit card before signing.
INVOICING
All new accounts are set up on a bi-monthly billing cycle and invoices are generated on the fifteenth and the last day of every month. Weekly and monthly billing cycles can be accommodated at the request of the account.
You will receive a spreadsheet type invoice that will itemize all trips that were taken during that particular billing cycle. All vouchers will be scanned upon receipt at Cruise Control offices prior to undergoing the detailed voucher verification process. Copies of the verified scanned vouchers will be forwarded to you attention with the invoice.

PROCEDURES FOR AIRPORTS
Vehicle Waiting Outside Terminal – Outside reservation at Pre-Designated Pick Up Area: Place advance reservation and designate pick-up area outside the terminal. We will update flight arrival time and dispatch the Cruise Control vehicle to be on time for outside pick-up. Upon landing, we require you to confirm your pickup area and name by calling our office before leaving the terminal. If you do not see your vehicle when you come outside, please wait a few minutes, as the police may not let the vehicle stand there and wait. If the passenger still doesn’t see the vehicle, please have them call our office, and we will assist them in making contact with the vehicle and driver. If the passenger leaves without calling, a no-show will be charged.
Meeting and Greet Reservation – Driver Waiting Inside Terminal at Baggage or Customs with a Sign: Place advance reservation. We will confirm inside terminal meet and greet area, and update the flight arrival time with that airline. The Cruise Control vehicle will be dispatched given adequate time to park their vehicle. After the driver parks the vehicle they will wait inside the terminal at the designated ground transportation meet and greet area with the Cruise Control logo and the passenger’s name on a sign. There is ($10.00) surcharge for this service, plus parking. Waiting time is chargeable if the flight is delayed beyond the updated flight arrival time posted by that airline or if you give a specific time when you would like to be met. For your convenience, waiting time will be charged in conformity with our standard waiting time procedures.
Cruise Control will verify all flight arrival times directly with that airline, but we can not guarantee accuracy of any airline that provides flight arrival information. If a flight arrives earlier than scheduled, the passenger should call our office to advise us of an early arrival. Cruise Control gives a thirty (30) minute grace or non-chargeable waiting time period for all airport pick-ups. Standard Cruise Control waiting policies apply after the thirty (30) minute grace period. Cruise Control vehicles will be held thirty (30) minutes past the updated arrival time. No shows will be given if pick-up is not made at that time, unless you have notified Cruise Control that you want the vehicle to be held longer than the standard waiting time. If you can not find the Cruise Control vehicle or driver, you must notify us by calling our office.
